Cookies arrived fresh, good gift

Ordered a Get Well Soon cookie bouquet. It arrived on time. Cookies looked good. Recipient liked them. Happy with the purchase.

Great quality, smooth delivery

I ordered a Birthday Cookie Bouquet for my niece's 8th birthday. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear options for customization. I chose a delivery date, and it arrived exactly on time, which was a relief since it was a gift. The cookies themselves were fresh, and the decoration was really well done, just like the pictures on the site. My niece loved the personalized message cookie. I called customer service once to confirm the delivery address, and the representative was polite and helpful. The only minor thing was that tracking updates weren't super detailed, but it still arrived when expected. Overall, a very positive experience.

So cute and delicious

I sent the Animal Shaped Cookies to my nephew for his birthday and he absolutely loved them! They were so adorable and tasted amazing. They arrived in perfect condition and earlier than I expected. I'm definitely going to order from here again, maybe for myself next time!

Good value with a discount

I was looking for a nice gift for my friend's new baby and found Cookies by Design. I made sure to look for a discount before ordering. I found a 15% off code and that made a big difference in the total cost. I got a New Baby Cookie Gift, and it was delivered within 4 days. The cookies were cute and looked just like the photos. For the price I paid, especially with the discount, it felt like a good deal. I wouldn't have ordered without a coupon, but with it, the value was definitely there.

Mostly happy, some small issues

I purchased a Retirement Gift Cookie Bouquet for a colleague. The design of the bouquet was very charming, and the cookies were surprisingly tasty, not just decorative. Delivery took 5 days to reach Denver, which was within their estimated window, but felt a little long. I did appreciate being able to customize the message easily online. My only real minor complaint is that the packaging, while secure, was a bit excessive, making it slightly tricky to unwrap without damaging anything. Overall, a good experience and a unique gift idea.

Consistent quality, reliable service

I've ordered from Cookies by Design several times now, mostly for corporate gifts and occasional birthday treats. This last time I got a Corporate Gift Basket for a client. Like always, the cookies were fresh and tasted great. They're consistently good, and I never have to worry about the quality. Delivery is always on schedule too, which is important for business. It's why I keep coming back instead of trying other places. They just get it right every time.
